What are you going to do?
Our client is a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) organisation which is disrupting the hospitality sector. The headquarter is in Ghent (Belgium) and they have offices in London, Madrid, Toronto and New York.
As their new HR Director, you will be responsible for designing, improving and implementing all HR processes internationally. One of the biggest challenges will be attracting and on-boarding many new employees (from 60 to 200 fte), so you need to develop an outstanding recruitment process, a well-known employer brand and excellent candidate journey.
