Job Description
As a part of the external Keen crew, you will be taking on recruitment challenges at one of the coolest scale-ups in Europe. You will become a Full-Stack recruiter with hands-on sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
How is it possible? Along with your daily recruitment routine, you will get an opportunity to join our Recruiter Academy Program. This program takes 12 months and is designed to make you the next Black Belt Recruiter! You will get full access to our e-learning platform and take part in full-day training sessions from the top senior level recruiters at our office in Amsterdam. The program also includes a city trip to one of European Hotspots (previous trips to Berlin and Dublin) to visit companies like Linkedin, Google or Zalando and learn from their experience.
Together with your Keen team, you are going to participate in series of workshops in which you will learn about Growth Hacking, discover new tools and ways on how to source, you will work on your personal development, learn everything about the tech world, and a lot more!

What do you bring!
- You have 1+ years of experience and would love to develop further in the recruitment area
- Boolean search, X-ray, Google CSE are not new words for you and you know how to make sourcing more efficient and successful
- Your interviewing skills are on point but there are always ways to improve!
- You have a lively enquiring mind and are ambitions to become a Badass recruiter
- You are a tech-savvy and love to go in-depth into the project that you are recruiting for
- Your English is fluent and another European language is a plus
