From Norway to Israel, you will be a trusted team lead for a scaling online food delivery marketplace. You will be working closely with multiple stakeholders across regions to understand hiring needs while leading a team that executes the day-to-day sourcing, assessment, and selection of new employees. You will support recruitment for commercial and operations teams across several European countries and your days will be filled with experimentation and recruitment innovation. A typical day involves anything from:
Leadership — You will lead and improve team performance based on KPI driven data and not only that, you will be a true company ambassador and promote the company's reputation as "best place to work”.
Expectation/Relationship management — You will be dealing with stakeholders at a local Director Level. You will collaborate with department Directors and senior managers, and proactively identify future hiring needs for a given area.
Reporting and Improving — Whether it’s working to establish general hiring standards for all classes of employment, or evaluating the effectiveness of recruiting and resourcing programs, you will have a knack for not only tracking the way things are done, but improving on current processes and practices.
Growing and Developing — You will develop and implement organisation-wide programs to recruit and select the human resources required to meet the organisation's business needs. You thrive in educating business leaders on recruitment approach, selection methods, talent management, outsourcing, etc.
