One of Berlins top Financial Scale-ups is looking to add to their rapidly growing talent team — they have both interim and permanent roles available for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists.

What are you going to do?

You will be a trusted talent advisor at a booming scale-up, working closely with colleagues across many departments. Your colleagues will be a mix of talented people from different nationalities, backgrounds and ages who are equally committed to make great things happen.

As a Talent acquisition Specialist, you will be asked to hire the most exceptional talent on the market during a period of growth. This is not an easy challenge, but you are not a normal recruiter!

Your day will involve many typical duties, but your execution of these duties seperate you from the crowd. There will also be the chance to do things beyond a normal tech recruitment role. A typical day involves anything from:

  • End to End Recruitment including technical job listings for advanced roles, niche talent sourcing, in depth-screening and interviewing, personalised  outreach, onboarding and more! None of this will be new to you and your are always thinking of ways to do the fundamentals better!
  • Expectation/Relationship management —not only with Team Leads but with past, current and potential colleagues! You will love to communicate with everyone within the team and be a pro at managing relationships and expectations!
  • Reporting and Improving. Whether its co-ordinating and forecasting with IT team leads or conducting a job or task analysis, you will have a knack for not only tracking the way things are done, but improving on current processes and practices.
  • Growing & Developing — not only the team, but yourself. You will attend conferences, expand your network, up skill and promote the reputation of the company. The opportunities for growth are endless!

Skills & Qualifications

  • German Speaker (preferred) 
  • 3+ years recruitment experience (in-house ideally)
  • Scale-Up/Start-up experience (high volume)
  • Solid end-to-end recruitment knowledge
  • Independent go-getter who can achieve results
  • Excellent communicator & Team player
