What are you going to do? 

You will be a talent advisor at one of the booming tech scale-ups in Amsterdam, working closely with CTO’s and Tech Leads, both as your candidates and/or stakeholders. As a Tech Recruiter, you will be asked to hire the most exceptional tech talent on the market. As it’s a bit of a challenge - you'll be always on top of tech trends, will create the best attraction strategies and look for candidates where nobody would. Every day you will identify brand-new sourcing channels and tools to create top-notch candidate experience. You will join exciting tech meetups to build great, personal relations, discover fresh talents and get more insights into the tech world. 

You work with smart and open-minded colleagues. They will be there to support you, brainstorm with you and challenge you so you will never stop learning. The team consists of a head of people, an HR admin and another corporate recruiter.
